Meet Fernando
Nando is a 2008 West Point graduate and former Army Aviation Officer who spent over 15 years leading missions with the 160th SOAR, deploying 11 times to Iraq and Afghanistan, plus tours in Europe and Central America. After leaving active duty in 2024, he parlayed his leadership skills into real estate investing, buying his first home at Fort Campbell in 2015, and today owns residential and commercial properties across Middle and East Tennessee. Based in Nashville, he's Evolution Mortgage's VA-loan specialist, still serves as a U.S. Army Reserve Officer, trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and coaches youth wrestling.
