Haldeman Shelbourne is a mortgage loan originator, Air Force officer, and 2015 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. Before entering mortgage lending full time, he served as a Nuclear Missile Launch Officer, led operations supporting a major portion of the nation's nuclear missile maintenance mission, and worked in the defense technology sector. He now continues to serve as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Air National Guard.

Haldeman brings that same operational discipline to the mortgage process. His approach is technical, methodical, and built around clarity. He helps clients understand the numbers, compare options, and move through the loan process with confidence. Whether working with military families, first-time buyers, or experienced homeowners, his goal is to make the loan the easiest part of the move while helping clients use real estate to build long-term wealth.

When he is not working on mortgages or one of his other projects, Haldeman enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.
