Privacy Policy
How Evolution Mortgage, LLC collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to our website, and the choices and rights you have.
This Privacy Policy describes how Evolution Mortgage, LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information from visitors to https://evolutionmortgage.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. If you apply for a loan with us, the nonpublic personal information in your application is governed by our consumer privacy notice, which we provide when you apply and will send you on request (see “Contacting us” below).
Information we collect
Information you give us
You can browse the Site without providing any personal information. The Site has no account signup and no web forms. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us: if you call, text, or email us (or a loan officer), we receive whatever you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your inquiry. If you apply for a job by email, we receive your resume and anything else you include.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. If you arrive through a marketing link, we record which campaign brought you here. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or first-party tracking cookies on this Site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and connect you with a licensed loan officer, to review job applications, to operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations. We use campaign information to understand which of our marketing works.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and as required by law (for example, in response to a subpoena or to protect our legal rights). The service providers in the Site's data path are:
Our customer relationship system, where inquiries are recorded so a loan officer can respond.
Our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), which runs the Site.
Google, whose service our reviews section uses to fetch our current Google rating; your browser contacts Google to load it, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California and several other states), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to access a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any other right, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (877) 326-9622. We will verify your request using the contact details you submitted to us, respond within the time your state's law requires, and, where your state provides an appeal process, tell you how to appeal a decision. You may use an authorized agent where your state's law allows it.
Job applicants
Information you submit with a job application is used only to evaluate your candidacy and to contact you about it, and is shared only with the people involved in hiring.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us: the Site is served over encrypted connections, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for its sensitivity.
Third-party websites
The Site links to third-party websites and services, for example, our loan officers' secure online application, our Google reviews listing, NMLS Consumer Access, and our social profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and your activity there is governed by them, not by this policy.
Children's privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never knowingly collect or maintain information at our Site from anyone under 13, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page, and if a change meaningfully affects how we handle personal information we already hold, we will say so prominently on this page.
